Is therapy right for me?Short answer:Yes!

Therapy should be for anyone who is ready.

The reality is: navigating past and present stressors, relationship challenges, communication struggles, a lost sense of direction, etc., ALL while living alongside life’s expectations and current world events, can stir up a range of emotions and symptoms that are challenging to face alone.

By choosing Empowered Minds, you connect with a provider who is here to support you on a journey toward discovering your authentic voice and true self, through all the highs and lows.

I offer individual therapy focused on fostering self-compassion and open dialogue in a non-judgmental environment, with an individualized emphasize on strength-based values, mindfulness, coping, and kindness.

No matter where you are in life and whether this is your first time, fifth time, or twentieth time in therapy, I am dedicated to meeting you wherever you are in your life’s journey.

“If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.”

– Brene Brown
